About YSJ SEEDS

This knowledge and experience of growing from our own native wildflower seed crops and creating and managing different conservation wildflower meadow areas lead us to design 12 wildflower and grass seed mixes along with pure native wildflower seed mixtures that will suit most soil types from Chalk and Limestone wildflower and grass seed mix, Loams, Clay flower seed mixes, Water Meadow/ Pond Edge native wildflower and grass seed mixes, Woodland mix, Hedgerow verge meadow mixture, and Acid grassland mixture.

General Purpose wildflower native flower seeds, Butterfly native meadow seed mix Birds Bees and Butterfly perennial wildflower seed mix Annual wildflower seed mix to sow on their own or with one of our grass wildflower meadow seed mixes.

Through the years YSJ SEEDS wildflower meadow and grass seed mixtures have been brought by Local authorities, Wildlife Trust, Farmers, and the General Public plus many more organisations all wanting to create and maintain a wildflower grassland meadow or wildflower garden to benefit the wildlife within their surrounding area.

All of our photos are from our native wildflower seed crops or from our conservation areas, which will show you just a few of the butterflies and bumblebees you can expect to visit your wildflowers once the meadow has established.

As well as wildflower seed we are specialist growers and producers for over 40 years of
Bluebell bulbs, Wild Daffodil bulbs, Wild Garlic bulbs, Lesser Celandine bulbs, Snowdrop bulbs, Tenby Daffodil bulbs, Snakeshead Fritillary bulbs and Wood Anemone rhizomes. These are available from Mid August to the end of October to give an array of colour in the spring.

The native bulbs are for anyone wanting to create their own native woodland bulb area or add to an existing area.
